Directions EAP is known and highly respected in Lincoln and the region as an Employee Assistance Program that truly cares about member companies and their employees. Based out of Lincoln NE, Directions EAP began in February 1982 as an internal/external program of Lincoln General Hospital. EAP services were provided to companies engaged in health care, construction, banking, retail, manufacturing and non-profit agencies.
In 1997, Directions EAP was selected to be the EAP provider for BryanLGH Medical Center and continued to grow to provide services to nearly 100 companies. In 2006, Directions EAP, LLC was created as an owner operated EAP. The majority of the member companies maintained affiliation with the new LLC, citing their level of satisfaction and the importance of continuing the high level of customer service they had received.
In March 2021, Directions EAP moved to its current location at 1919 S. 40th St, Suite 212, in Lincoln NE. We are centrally located with ample free parking. We continue to partner with a variety of organizations in many types of business including health care.
