Managers and Supervisors face many challenges in today’s work environment.  Directions EAP wants to help.  We believe that strengthening the skills of the management team strengthens the overall organization.  Our management consultation services are available via phone or in person and offer a valuable resource to your company’s key personnel.

The purpose of each consultation is to help managers and supervisors take the most appropriate action when dealing with employee and workgroup situations and to resolve negative situations in a respectful and accountable manner.

Here are just some of the issues that Directions EAP consultants assist managers and supervisors with on a day to day basis:

  • Consultation for conflict resolution between certain employees or work groups
