While Directions Employee Assistance Program provides a full array of services to our member companies who contract with us on an annual basis, we also offer some of these services on a “per use” or ala carte basis.
For example, a company may have an EAP that is out of town or out of state, or that does not cover training in their contract. Directions EAP is able to provide these trainings on a “per use” contracted basis. Companies without an Employee Assistance Program may contract for specific services on an “as-needed” basis.
In addition to “lunch and learn” trainings for employees, we offer supervisory trainings, Critical Incident Stress Management/Debriefings, management consultation, work group mediations, mental health counseling for work or personal issues, assistance in planning or staffing employee health or wellness events, etc. These are billed based on “direct” time rates, as well as “indirect” time rates for preparation, if needed. A fee for mileage/travel may also be necessary.
